Thailand enjoys a hot tropical and most importantly quiet climate, Pattaya is located in the Gulf of Siam is sheltered from very bad weather and unlike other tropical overseas homes destinations, like Florida, Caribbean or the Philippines, typhoons, hurricanes, earth quakes and other natural disasters are practically unheard of.

With temperatures in the 30's for most of the year and the evenings that remain warm Pattaya offers an almost perfect temperature for those evening beach front parties. Thailand basically has three seasons the cool season which begins in December until February, the hot season from March until July and the rainy season From August until November.
